Our New Home!!

We are very excited to be soon moving household to a nice home on a peninsula that juts out into Lake Lanier, at the southwest end of the lake, just north of Buford Dam. The city has great school performance statistics and we think it will be a good hometown for Julianne to grow up. We'll be closing in July and moving in around August 1st.

Nicole & Tim are loving the location because the Army Corps of Engineers has eight campgrounds and dozens more day parks scattered around Lake Lanier. We've already taken Julianne to see a few last weekend; swimming at the beach at Mary Alice Park, watching boats at the end of our street, and camping at War Hill. Mimae is also ecstatic as it comes close to fulfilling her dream of living on a lake, not to mention great shopping at outlets malls nearby. There is a neighborhood pool and playground only five doors down. So far this summer, we've made do with a wading pool to splash around in, and Julianne does have a wonderful time in it ... but when August comes, the whole family will be on Cloud 9 to wrap up each scorching summer day with a swim in the pool.
